The food and beverage industry is increasingly adopting high-temperature industrial heat pumps for processes such as drying, evaporation, and sterilization. In China, food factories are utilizing these heat pumps to produce hot air ranging from 90°C to 100°C for drying agricultural products like grains, fruits, and vegetables. For instance, a food processing plant in Fuding, Fujian Province, previously relied on biomass boilers for drying seaweed. However, due to stricter environmental regulations, the plant is now transitioning away from biomass boilers by 2025.

Traditionally, distilleries rely on boilers for steam generation, leading to high energy use and environmental concerns, especially with rising natural gas prices. To address this, distilleries in Maotai Town, Guizhou Province, opt for high-temperature heat pump automatic distillation integrated machines. These systems recover waste heat and convert it into production heat, improving energy efficiency. Automated operation and good sealing further enhance production efficiency and liquor quality.
